"I continue to be amazed at what
a teacher you are for novice or accomplished artist. I simply didn't
anticipate that the door would open so wide or that it would be
so easy for me to rush right through it!

FALL CLASSES:
Botanical Drawing and Botanical Watercolor at the Como Park Zoo and
Conservatory. Details to come!
"We found Mark to be an extraordinary teacher
last year! He welcomes both those seeking to learn the basics of painting
watercolor outdoors, as well as those who have years of experience."
- Mary Swalla Holmes, Executive Director, Oberholtzer Foundation
"Most importantly, Mark has taught me specific
techniques to improve my artwork, while encouraging me to develop and
understand my own style. I've been able to apply these techniques in other
forms of art, as well. Because of his class, I have a stronger appreciation
for botanical art, and have more confidence in my own work."
- Emily Metcalf, student
Mark Granlund is available to teach classes and workshops. Mark Granlund
is interested in new workshop opportunities and in promoting groups through
the use of nature imagery.
